James Huckstepp

“I stayed in one of your flats last year and as I was very impressed by the service and kindness of Splendid I am very eager to rent from you again”

Melissa Gray

“On behalf of the girls I just want to say thanks for everything. We had a wonderful year and enjoyed living in the flat thoroughly. Thank you all for always being so helpful.”

Patrick Rowan

“We have had an excellent experience with Splendid Property so far this year so we would be very interested in staying on with Splendid even though we do not intend to retain the current flat”

Lucy Oates

“We will not be staying as we are leaving Edinburgh – otherwise we’d definitely stay on because Splendid has been brilliant and the flat is great. We will be sad to leave!”

Peter Watson

“Thanks a million for everything over the past year at Hillside, you are definitely the best agency I have dealt with in Edinburgh.”

Emily Hein

“Dealing with us four student girls must have been a nightmare, however Splendid managed to get us pretty well sorted out from the beginning. Getting the property in the first instance was an exciting new adventure, but with Splendid’s induction we felt like real tenants with responsibilities. They helped us set up a joint bank account which made rent payments so much easier, and at the end of the Tenancy we got deposit back within a week.”

Thomas Galliano

“Thank you so much for being perfectly Splendid this year. Just wanted to let you know that your brilliant service did not go unappreciated.  The flat was all sparkly and clean when we moved in you looked after all of our problems very well. I suppose the main reason why we enjoyed dealing with you so much is because you kept us up to date with everything that was going on. Keep up the good work.”

Richard Black

“Splendid’s friendly and accommodating attitude has been a pleasure to experience. My flatmates and I won’t hesitate in recommending their services to others.”
